My stay at this resort spa was a mix of positive experiences and a few drawbacks. The customer service was exceptional, and I loved the relaxing pool area, but I was a bit disappointed with the dining options not being available daily. However, the soundproofing in the rooms left something to be desired, as I could hear housekeeping start their day quite early.
